Items should be unused, uninstalled, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts. Contact MarineZoom before sending any item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos when applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing after approval depends on your original payment method and financial institution.
Special or Restricted Items
Certain special-order, custom, activated, licensed, freight, or otherwise restricted products may not be eligible for return. We will confirm any restriction when reviewing your return request.
